- Account identity and authentication data
How We Use Your Data
This information is used to support program registration, participant safety, communication with guardians, household account management, booking administration, payment processing, and club recordkeeping.
Record Retention
Signed registrations, liability waivers, digital signatures, confirmation emails, and corresponding PDF documents may be retained in Champion Rounds administrative records for safety, legal, and recordkeeping purposes. We do not publish a fixed retention or deletion period for legal waivers and safety records. Contact Champion Rounds with questions about a specific record.
Service Providers
Cloudflare supports website hosting and registration form delivery, Resend supports transactional email delivery, Setmore supports class booking, and Stripe processes hosted checkout payments for applicable purchases. These service providers may process information as needed to operate the Champion Rounds registration, booking, communication, and payment flow.
